This comprehensive Analyst Report heightened awareness and understanding of investment in real-world ventures. From an EVA standpoint, Microsoft Teams is an excellent investment as it builds a collaborative sense of online community among teachers and students in a positive learning environment. Teachers will use Microsoft Teams if they believe it is worth using. In my experiences in local school districts, integration of technology often times can be too complex as it involves school policies and curriculum expectations. This has been an incredible learning experience as I develop digital literacy, analytical, and critical thinking skills to decipher the vast amount of online information on Microsoft Teams. It has opened my eyes to the world of educational technology as I continually learn. In my previous courses, we focused mostly on theories and associated applications. This Analyst Report, however, helped me develop a different mindset in learning new knowledge. To be specific, it has shaped my understanding that learning in the 21st century goes beyond textbooks and other printed media.

 

Moving forward, I am interested in investigating not-for-profit societies and social enterprises for my Venture Pitch. In my mind, ventures that increase social welfare for a community will serve well in future advancements. Together, we can pool creativity and innovation from active citizens. This is similar to my educational pedagogy where teachers and students learn from one another. Like a class, citizens in a community all have voices. If we can listen to all voices, we can solve problems and make the community better. Community-generated ideas are intriguing as we can learn from one another. My goal is to combine people, profit, and planet together to create a venture that merges all three together as one. My passion for learning and exploration will continue to grow as the digital world and educational technology expands.
